Marquee Capital Limited is keen to develop its network of high net worth and sophisticated investors interested in making investments in investment-grade celebrity memorabilia. Marquee Capital therefore welcomes approaches from investors who can be treated as 'Intermediate Customers' for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ('FSMA').
To be treated as an 'Intermediate Customer', an investor must be either a 'High Net Worth Investor' or a 'Sophisticated Investor' and must accept that he or she will lose protections normally afforded to 'Private Investors'. Investors must also be accepted as being 'Experienced Investors' and will be required to undergo appropriate 'Money-Laundering' checks by Marquee Capital.
It is expected that investors will wish to invest a small percentage of their overall portfolio in Marquee Capital. They are likely to invest between £10,000 and £500,000 into any one investment, although some investors will want to invest larger sums. The minimum first time investment into Marquee Capital is set at £10,000. There is no upper limit.
